About The Position

14497 – Construction Manager (hybrid) – Rochester, NY Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: hybrid Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Rochester, NY (required); Experience working as Construction Manager Experience in directing EPC's and subcontractors Experience with NYSERDA incentives Responsibilities : Direct and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with scope, quality, and safety standards Become thoroughly familiar with NYSERDA incentive programs and integrate requirements into project planning and delivery Manage projects to completion within allocated timelines, budgets, and performance targets Participate in client, stakeholder, and internal meetings to coordinate activities and align project objectives Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables Ensure compliance with NYSERDA guidelines and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity Why apply? Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Rochester, NY (required)
• Experience working as Construction Manager
• Experience in directing EPC's and subcontractors
• Experience with NYSERDA incentives

Responsibilities
