About The Position
Outside Sales Representative $100K+ Potential | Company Leads Provided | No Cold Calling Location: Macon / Middle Georgia Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is expanding into the Middle Georgia market, and we’re looking for motivated people who want uncapped income, independence, and a clear path to six figures. You won’t be knocking doors or chasing random leads. We schedule the appointments. You run them and close the deal. Homeowners call us because they already need help — we just need someone confident enough to walk them through the solution. What You’ll Be Doing • Run pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners • Inspect crawlspaces and foundations (training provided) • Explain problems and present the right repair solutions • Close deals and help homeowners protect their biggest investment • Manage follow-ups and keep your pipeline moving You’ll work closely with our operations and install teams, so you can focus on selling. What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience • Comfortable talking with homeowners and building trust • Competitive and motivated by performance-based income • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process • Not afraid to get a little dirty during inspections • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation You don’t need construction experience — we’ll teach you the technical side.
