About The Position

Air Systems is seeking a Project Executive for the Construction department. Under the direction of the Preconstruction and Sales Manager, the ProjectExecutive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. This role also leads project management efforts for sold projects and ensures revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Construction Management degree required
  • 3+ years Project Management Experience—preferably within construction.
  • 3+ years Professional Sales Experience—HVAC/MEP industry strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years Design/Build Construction Experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to achieving objectives.
  • Team‑oriented, flexible, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand sales contacts and client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales and project leads in a timely manner.
  • Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with clients to support repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue and profit goals.
  • Prepare client proposals, estimates, and respond to RFQs.
  • Lead the Project Management Team for all assigned and sold projects.
