About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Construction / Project Manager for assignment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The selected candidate will work on projects to include roofing, water proofing with some landscaping and civil works. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm This is a part-time position This position is slated to last 3 to 6 months

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience in Construction or Project Management
• Experience in roofing and water proofing

Nice To Haves

• Experience in landscaping and civil works is a plus

Responsibilities

• Writing Scope of Work
• Review and comment design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, etc.
• Coordinate schedules and permitting
• Manage all construction activities, including but not limited to: site meetings, coordinating with CEI, payment review, tracking daily inspection reports and activities, reviewing site work as needed, etc.
• Close construction per contract requirement
