About The Position

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of new construction, remodels, and fuel stations in North America. This role has regular interface with operations, real estate, refrigeration, legal, and purchasing, as well as, regular timely communication with and coordination of consultants and contractors. Additionally, the individual in this role reviews change order proposals and takes appropriate actions; and develops and focuses project teams to end goals.

Requirements

  • Previous Costco design or engineering experience
  • Ability to travel throughout US and Canada as needed.
  • Familiarity with construction codes.
  • Ability to read and analyze blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Architectural, Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree.
