All Native Group, a Division of Ho-Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking a Project Superintendent to support Army Corp of Engineers on Long Island, NY. Essential Functions Manage day-to-day field operations across 3 work sites in Babylon, NY Coordinate with SSHOs assigned to each site Interface with USACE Contracting Officer and QARs Manage subcontractor crews (structural, mechanical, electrical, utility) Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements Sign and review Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) Participate in Accident Prevention Plan development and updates Attend weekly QC meetings, progress meetings, and Red Zone meetings Coordinate with property owners through the Contracting Officer Ensure Davis-Bacon wage compliance documentation Competencies Experience: 10+ years construction experience (per contract) 5+ years as Project Superintendent on similar size/complexity projects (per contract) Residential construction experience Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade coordination Experience with structural/foundation work Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Ability to interpret CPM/Critical Path schedules Proficient in daily reporting and documentation Safety: OSHA 10-hour minimum (OSHA 30-hour within 90 daysof hire) Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance (per contract) Willingness to complete EM 385-1-1 training Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30-hour certification EM 385-1-1 familiarity or training USACE or NAVFAC project experience Helical pile/foundation experience House elevation/lifting experience New York residential construction experience Experience with flood mitigation or coastal construction Experience coordinating with homeowners during occupied renovations Primavera P6 schedule familiarity Education Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted. Certifications: CQM for Contractors certification (or ability to obtain within 90 daysof award) (per contract) Valid driver's license Supervisory Responsibility None required for this position. Work Environment Active residential construction site involving house elevation work. Exposure to construction hazards including heavy equipment operation, elevated work, excavation, concrete operations, and helical pile installation. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Physical Demands Ability to traverse construction sites, including uneven terrain, scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work areas. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection as required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
