About The Position

We’re looking for a Construction Recruiter who is passionate about connecting skilled professionals with meaningful careers and helping grow strong field and office teams across our organization. What You’ll Do As our Construction Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across our field and professional roles. Your day-to-day will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for construction field and office positions Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver the right talent Building strong pipelines through trade schools, vocational programs, colleges, career fairs, and community partnerships Representing Martin Concrete at job fairs, recruiting events, and industry functions Supporting and growing our internship and early-career talent programs Assisting with new hire orientations and onboarding to ensure a smooth start Maintaining accurate recruiting data and tracking hiring metrics Supporting HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and people operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (construction or skilled trades preferred)
  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS (BambooHR experience a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building and sourcing skills
  • You’re a people-person who enjoys building genuine relationships
  • You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles
  • You know how to communicate with everyone — from field crews to leadership
  • You’re curious, resourceful, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • You take ownership of your work and follow through
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team

Nice To Haves

  • Campus recruiting or internship program experience is a bonus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
