About The Position

Your role will focus on sales, client relationships, and customer service, keeping every day exciting and rewarding. Here’s what a typical day might look like: Morning Check-In: Review project leads, review scheduled meetings for the day, and follow up with potential clients. Client Meetings: Meet with homeowners to discuss their needs, present siding solutions, and provide detailed project quotes. Build trust and close sales by demonstrating the value of Ideal Siding's services. Follow-Ups: Follow up on leads, and build relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Problem-Solving: Address client questions or concerns promptly and work with your team to provide exceptional service. Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress, evaluate your sales pipeline, and plan for the next day to ensure you meet your goals.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).
