Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends.
• Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
• Execute development plans and identify new opportunities.
• Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies.
• Develop marketing activities and materials.
• Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals.
• Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements.
• Provide support during project execution.
• Manage relationships with strategic/key customers.
• Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
• Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships.
• Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation.
• Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base.
• Team Management: May be coaching other colleagues.
• Decision Making / Activity: Work on assigned projects, likely involving design, engineering, and execution with regular supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing) and potentially external suppliers.
• Ensure projects meet technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
