What you will do Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions across web, mobile, and API integrations, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities. Ensure end-to-end delivery quality by establishing Salesforce standards, CI/CD practices, code review guidelines, and reusable framework patterns. Work closely with Team, Product and business stakeholder to align Development efforts with project requirement. Serve as a bridge between onshore and offshore Salesforce teams, ensuring effective coordination, knowledge sharing, and timely issue resolution. Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, providing technical direction, coaching, and enforcing best practices for coding, security, and performance. Collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive predictable delivery. Continuously improve processes by identifying gaps, streamlining development workflows, and introducing new tools where feasible (build, deploy, testing, and monitoring). Provide production release support as needed, including deployment oversight, go-live readiness, and post-release stabilization activities. Coordinate platform and tooling enhancement needs (DevOps tooling, environments, CI/CD, monitoring) with infrastructure/tools teams. Communicate on the team’s behalf to both technical and non-technical audiences, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations. Work across multiple scrum teams using Agile delivery and work management tools such as Jira (and related add-ons as applicable). Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, delivering high-quality solutions in Agile environments
