Position Summary: Job Summary: The Consultant II works in a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary. Essential Responsibilities / Duties Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals Inform customers and other stakeholders of project progress Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results
  • Customer-facing experience (e.g., customer service, customer success, or account support)
  • Exposure to EDI concepts and formats (e.g., XML, X12)

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years professional business experience
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
  • Experience working with EDI transactions and integrations
  • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools
  • In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and/or Confluence

Responsibilities

  • The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300- $95,000.
  • The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
