Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred.
• 5+ years experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment, with proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
• Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Proactively build and engage talent pipelines, including passive candidates
• Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques (Boolean search, social media, networking, outreach) to find and attract diverse talent
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment
• Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community groups
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics to continuously improve outcomes
• Mentor and support other sourcers, sharing best practices and elevating team capability
