What you’ll be doing… The Value Solutions organization is seeking three highly motivated and versatile individuals to join our team. These critical roles are essential for driving our vision to Serve, Save, and Sell by improving the customer experience, transforming value margins, and significantly reducing churn. We are looking for proactive individuals who can serve as catalysts for change within the organization, focusing on quality project management and ensuring operational excellence across our business segments. A strong sense of initiative and curiosity is key to success in these positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for a diverse and interconnected set of functions, bridging data analysis, performance modeling, and system optimization. This integrated approach requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, technical aptitude, and a deep understanding of operational processes. These roles are responsible for delivering the following core functions: Data Intelligence, Dashboard Development, and Process Handling: Develop and maintain robust data intelligence frameworks. Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights. Streamline and document operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Journey Mapping, Performance Modeling, and ConvoIQ Sentiment Analysis: Conduct in-depth journey mapping to understand user and system interactions. Develop sophisticated performance models to forecast outcomes and identify improvement areas. Analyze ConvoIQ data to derive sentiment and intent insights, translating them into strategic recommendations. Managing Transfers, Routing Optimization, and System Enablement: Oversee the management and optimization of system transfers and handoffs. Implement and refine routing logic to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation. Drive system enablement initiatives, including configuration, testing, and user training.
