About The Position

As a Consultative Sales Associate, you’ll engage in structured discovery conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in personal growth and career development programs. Your role is to: Ask thoughtful questions Help people gain clarity around their goals Determine whether our programs align with their next steps This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity, not salaried or hourly role. This role is well suited for professionals with backgrounds in: Sales, admissions, or enrollment HR, coaching, advising, or client services Customer success or relationship management Especially those seeking greater flexibility, meaningful, people-focused work and a non-traditional career path with growth potential.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work within North American time zones
  • Eligibility to operate as an independent contractor in the U.S. and Canada

  • Track conversations and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Manage your own schedule and workflow independently
