Who you are: As a Consumer Banking Experience Analyst II - Product Owner Teller with Frost, you are our consumer experience champion, conducting research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize experiences. In this role, you will have to opportunity to collaborate and interact with high levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and implement operation enhancements. More than that, this role is about creating value to our customers and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations
  • 2+ years of Consumer Banking experience
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with higher levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking
  • Independently conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize the overall Consumer Banking experience throughout the company
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that streamline operations and create value within departmental work streams
