We are looking for a Consumer Loan Officer passionate about financial empowerment. Position involves receiving and processing loan requests via phone, in-person, and website. Preparing documentation, and making recommendation to approving officer, and disbursing funds. Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
