The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for insulating our base customers and consumers through marketing and communications strategies that drive revenue and retention. This person works cross-functionally to communicate T-Mobile offers, plan changes, and enterprise wide initiatives in a way that is thoughtfully designed and perfectly implemented based on the consumer journey(s) and business objectives. This role is responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategies factoring in market dynamics, consumer experience(s) and journey(s), competitive actions, and company priorities across total Omni channel. This role works with cross-functional teams such as Consumer and Market Intelligence and Insights, Acquisition, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Program Management and Operations to define and implement campaigns supporting the strategic vision.
