About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care team in Lowell, AR. This is a full-time, in-office role in a fast-paced contact center where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll help schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions
  • Ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed each day
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, operations managers, and team members
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
  • Accurately enter and update customer and job information in scheduling systems
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
