What: Account Manager role and an outstanding relationship-building and strategic communication skill set. When: ASAP! Where: Our office hub location of New York City – you will be required to be in office 1+ days per week in alignment with our office work policy. Why: As a Content and Distribution Account Manager – Air, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic airline partnerships, driving commercial initiatives, and helping airlines maximize the value of Spotnana’s platform while supporting the industry’s transition to modern distribution models like Offer/Order. How (to land the job!): The process typically starts with a conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your background and share more about Spotnana. From there, you’ll meet with the hiring manager followed by conversations with key cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial, account management, or client-facing role at an airline or in a role directly supporting airline partners
  • Strong understanding of airline commercial models, distribution strategy, airline systems, and the broader travel ecosystem
  • Experience managing multiple partner relationships while coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly articulate their business and commercial value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights that inform partner strategy and business decisions
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of airline partner relationships, acting as a commercial and strategic liaison
  • Own end-to-end commercial relationships from contracting and implementation through ongoing growth and expansion
  • Lead strategic initiatives with airline partners, including NDC integrations and Offer/Order transition efforts
  • Analyze and present commercial and platform performance data to partners to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to support airline partner success

  • The base salary range for this role is $90,000- $110,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
