About The Position

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month, in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Home Office. Job Description Procedure & Knowledge Document Creation Develop, write, and maintain operational job procedures that support workflow consistency and compliance across teams. Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation that can be easily understood by advisors and internal staff. Partner with subject matter experts to ensure procedures are accurate, up to date, and aligned with regulatory or organizational standards. Advisor-Facing Transition Guides Create and update guides to help financial advisors transition between brokerage firms, ensuring content is clear, compliant, and aligned with industry standards. Work with transition teams to gather requirements, validate steps, and ensure that guides accurately reflect the onboarding/transition journey. Design content that anticipates advisor needs, offering step-by-step instructions, FAQs, and troubleshooting guidance. Training Content & Student Guides Develop student training guides, workbooks, and reference materials for onboarding programs and continuing education. Standardize complex processes into teaching modules that support both virtual and instructor-led learning environments. Collaborate with training facilitators to ensure all content reinforces learning outcomes and usability. Training Video Production Script, design, and produce training videos, including voiceover, screen recordings, and visual assets. Manage the end-to-end video development process—storyboarding, editing, quality review, and publishing. Maintain a library of training videos, ensuring content remains accurate as processes evolve. Tool Updates & Content Maintenance Regularly assess and update internal tools, templates, and job aids to ensure they reflect current workflows and policies. Work with product owners and operational teams to gather updates, identify gaps, and integrate improvements into documentation. Monitor feedback and analytics to optimize tools and materials for clarity, efficiency, and user adoption. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with operations, training, compliance, and technology teams to gather inputs and verify content accuracy. Support change management efforts by providing clear communication and updated materials during system or process changes. Ensure all content is aligned with organizational tone, branding, and accessibility guidelines. Quality Assurance & Governance Conduct routine reviews to identify outdated or inconsistent content and implement updates proactively. Maintain version control, ensuring all documents are tracked, formatted consistently, and stored in the correct repositories. Ensure that all content meets regulatory requirements and is approved by the appropriate stakeholders.
