OVERVIEW: Job Duties and Responsibilities Concept, shoot, and Produce Creative Content: Assist in concepting, shooting and producing creative content (video and stills) for use on various social media platforms. Ensures that each assigned projects meet brand standards and social trends Takes graphic design best practices and apply them into social specific content. Build photoshoot plans and attend photoshoots and events to capture content. Edit and enhance existing content to improve engagement and SEO performance. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Cross Functional Teammates: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, and Creative to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. Collaborate with external creative agencies to shoot and/or edit content Collaborates with paid media specialists/strategists on platform best practices Industry Trends: Dedicate time to researching trends and opportunities, as well as popular styles of editing/filming Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies. Education: Be a resource on the creative team that other teammates go to for guidance and inspiration. Educate creative and social teams on new ways of shooting and editing content.
