About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead the execution of multi-channel marketing content activities. This role plays a critical part in supporting our brand narrative, driving audience engagement, and fueling demand generation through compelling content and copy. The Content Marketing Manager collaborates cross-functionally with product marketing, growth marketing, web development, design teams, and client-facing teams to create content strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This high-visibility role influences thought leadership, brand positioning, and content performance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage editorial content calendars and ensure timely execution of content initiatives across channels including corporate blog, thematic customer stories, timely updates to our website, efficacy research, and toolkits to enable client-facing colleagues
  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel content strategies that optimize engagement, lead generation impact, and align with marketing objectives, audience needs, and distribution best practices
  • Leverage audience insights, SEO/LLM optimization, and analytics to make strategic recommendations for content topics, formats, and distribution
  • Employ generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, outline development, and first-draft creation, enhancing speed without sacrificing quality or brand voice
  • Develop and oversee high quality content creation that conveys key brand messaging through compelling storylines, actionable insights, and inspiration, enhancing our market position
  • Craft strategic, on-message content across various formats, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, research reports, videos, and sales enablement materials to engage and inform our audience
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (writers, designers, and video producers) to ensure consistent, high quality brand voice and messaging across all content
  • Integrate AI-driven tools into the content development process to streamline workflows, boost creativity, and scale high-quality content production
  • Create content assets that drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and sales enablement efforts
  • Develop sales collateral and presentations to support client-facing teams
  • Partner with demand gen teams to optimize content for inbound marketing, paid media, and organic social media campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in education or B2B
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel content strategies
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and content management systems (WordPress, Seismic, Microsoft Office, Basic Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience managing content production, including working with writers, designers, and video teams
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the United States

  • Experience writing AI prompts to produce high-quality, on-message content
