About The Position

World Choice Investments, parent company to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and other family-friendly brands, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Content Marketing & SEO Manager to lead content strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of family-friendly entertainment attractions in multiple locations. This role will be responsible for modern, search-driven content that supports organic discovery across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and local search platforms. You will own the development, execution, and optimization of blogging and website content across multiple brands and locations, ensuring content aligns with guest intent, seasonality, and performance goals. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation and optimization, supported by modern content tools and SEO practices. You'll work closely with our digital marketing team and other creative partners using HubSpot, Semrush, Google Search Console, and other tools to continuously improve content effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in SEO-driven content marketing and content strategy with a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth, including hands-on responsibility for content performance
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, strategic B2C content, with an emphasis on SEO-driven storytelling and audience engagement
  • Deep experience with on-page and local SEO, and the ability to evaluate and prioritize technical SEO improvements
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-volume blogging and optimizing core website content
  • Proficiency using a modern CMS, analytics tools, and platforms for planning SEO strategy and monitoring results (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and evolving search behavior
  • Highly organized and a proactive collaborator, with strong attention to detail in content governance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, and stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the content strategy across WCI's portfolio of family-friendly attractions and locations.
  • Develop search-driven content strategies that balance SEO performance with compelling, engaging storytelling that sparks interest and inspires visitation.
  • Conduct keyword research, topic modeling, and content mapping aligned to guest intent, seasonality, and local search considerations.
  • Ensure content addresses what potential guests are actively researching, deciding, and planning at each stage of their trip-planning journey.
  • Optimize content for modern search environments, including Google AI Overviews / evolving SERP formats and LLM-driven discovery (e.g., ChatGPT-style search).
  • Identify, prioritize, and collaborate on on-page and technical SEO improvements to support content performance across HubSpot-hosted websites.
  • Evaluate and refine existing content frameworks, publishing cadence, and SEO strategy to improve performance, engagement, and scalability.
  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog and website content that is compelling, engaging, and aligned with the guest's trip-planning and decision-making journey.
  • Refresh and enhance existing content to improve search performance, storytelling quality, and visitor relevance.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and drafting while maintaining a strong, human-centered voice appropriate to each brand.
  • Select appropriate imagery for blog posts and pages; perform light image editing and resizing for web use.
  • Measure and analyze content and SEO performance using HubSpot, Google Search Console, Semrush, and related tools.
  • Evaluate rankings and traffic as well as engagement signals and content effectiveness.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations that support digital marketing optimization and executive-level reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and platform trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, email & SMS marketing, digital advertising, and other internal teams to ensure content is effectively distributed and activated across channels, and supported by the right tools and workflows.
  • Support ongoing use, organization, and governance of digital assets within the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
