About The Position

As a Content Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple content-centric projects end-to-end. You’ll translate client needs into actionable plans, coordinate writers and creative teams, leverage PM tracking tools, host kickoff calls, and keep projects moving through drafting, editing, design, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering with both creatives and clients to bring complex content to life.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Experience working in Marketing
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in front of a computer for many hours.
  • Must be able to present with confidence and accuracy to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Must be able to work effectively, managing schedules both remotely and in an office setting to enable optimal collaboration with team members.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and provide the required documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of content initiatives across multiple client accounts, from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Translate SOWs and client goals into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
  • Actively manage scope, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure work stays on track and within agreed parameters.
  • Identify risks early and proactively adjust plans to keep projects moving forward.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across writers, editors, designers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure each contributor has clear direction, context, and deadlines.
  • Balance workloads across teams, manage handoffs between functions, and remove blockers that could slow delivery.
  • Serve as the central point of organization so creative teams can stay focused on quality work.
  • Lead internal and external kickoff calls to align on objectives, audience, messaging, stakeholders, timelines, and review processes.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the engagement.
  • Provide proactive status updates, weekly reports, and timeline visibility to ensure alignment and trust.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions, feedback, and project changes, escalating issues when needed.
  • Oversee content quality across all deliverables, ensuring work meets agency standards and client expectations.
  • Manage review and revision cycles, consolidating client and internal feedback into clear, actionable guidance for writers and designers.
  • Ensure final assets are approved, formatted correctly, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate Proof of Execution (POE) documentation and confirm all deliverables are completed per scope.
