About The Position

One Model is hiring for an agile Content Marketing Specialist who thrives on high-speed execution and newsjacking. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing & Enablement, you will be the engine that converts our GTM strategy and executive insights into a multi-channel content machine. You are a content multiplier who can take a strategic blueprint or an interview with an expert and turn it into a month's worth of blogs, videos, social posts, and ad copy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in a high-output content role in B2B SaaS. Experience in HR technology is a plus.
  • Proven Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to write for different personas and formats, specifically demonstrating how you’ve turned a single technical topic into multiple pieces of derivative content (e.g., a blog turned into a social thread and an email).
  • Synthesis Skills: Ability to take a technical briefing or SME interview and flesh it out into a cohesive, compelling narrative.
  • The "Newsroom" Mindset: A natural inclination to see a trending topic and turn it into a relevant brand moment in hours, not weeks.
  • Operational Rigor: Comfortable following a defined editorial calendar while managing multiple deadlines across different content types.

Responsibilities

  • High-Velocity Execution & Newsjacking
  • Multi-Format Creation: Write and edit high-quality, persuasive content across various formats, including blog articles, case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, website copy, email campaigns, video scripts, and social media posts.
  • Create Derivative Content: Take quarterly pillar pieces and deconstruct them into derivative assets to ensure our message reaches every channel.
  • Social Ghostwriting: Execute the social strategy for our leadership team by translating industry news and product developments into posts that amplify their voices in real-time.
  • Synthesis & Expert Collaboration
  • Storytelling & Translation: Translate complex, niche data analytics topics into compelling stories, adjusting your style for different formats, verticals, and audiences.
  • SME Coordination: Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), coordinating discovery calls and leveraging those insights to build authoritative content.
  • Content Lifecycle & Optimization
  • Relevancy Audits: Regularly audit the content library to ensure continued relevancy; you will work with the Sr. Director to determine what needs an update, what stays, and what should be archived.
  • SEO & Digital Maintenance: Execute monthly SEO updates and landing page optimizations to ensure our digital footprint remains competitive.
  • Visual Quarterback: Partner with designers to provide clear wireframes and storyboards so creative projects move from concept to completion quickly.
