Your key goal will be to produce content that expands our digital footprint, builds brand awareness, and generates leads. You'll own our content strategy, shape our editorial voice, and stay at the forefront of SEO and generative search — all while keeping an eye on what the numbers are telling you.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• A portfolio of published content across digital platforms
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and AP style
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
• Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with HTML is a plus
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) as part of content creation workflows
• Confident interpreting performance data and turning insights into action

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
• Create fresh content for our learning center and website — blogs, case studies, landing pages, emails, and more
• Write copy for marketing collateral, web pages, award nominations, presentations, and other digital and print materials
• Proofread and copy-edit marketing materials for clarity, style, tone, spelling, grammar, and AP style consistency
• Assist with content strategy development, including pillar content campaigns and client persona creation
• Leverage AI-assisted content workflows (including prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and custom AI agents) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability without sacrificing quality or brand standards
• Help support and guide intern content contributors within established workflows
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and search landscape changes, optimizing content for both traditional SEO and emerging generative search experiences
• Conduct keyword research and translate insights into high-performing content briefs
• Continuously refine content strategy to improve search visibility and user experience as platforms and algorithms evolve
• Evaluate and measure the success of content campaigns; use data to recommend improvements and inform future strategy
• Track key metrics like sessions, bounce rate, and conversions to understand what's moving the needle
• Continuously test and refine — run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and email subject lines
• Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages, and other digital channels
• Assist with inbound marketing strategies including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and internal campaigns
• Manage marketing and sales lists and develop targeted lists as needed
• Assist with website updates and maintenance, especially blog posts, case studies, and bios
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
