Design technical specifications required for content systems aligned to process improvements and drive efficiencies through partnership with Content Capabilities peers in a matrix environment. Analyze AI tools and proposed system updates and integrations to drive effectiveness of Content Capabilities team objectives. Participate in development, testing, and deployment of innovative capabilities to Content Lab and related tools. The incumbent is expected to work with US LMR, Content Owners, SITO (including Content Capabilities), Global GSK & GSK Tech partners, and outside vendors. The responsibilities of the Content Systems Analyst include, but are not limited to the following: User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Content Lab users. Develop and maintain user workflow guides and documentation to drive Promotional Review efficiency and effectiveness. Inform and guide Content Capabilities team members of the current Content Lab functionality and upcoming changes System/Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Promotional Review efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. Analyze requested enhancements and provide recommendations. Manage enhancements in JIRA (i.e., develop and approve user stories and acceptance criteria; document test results; provide final signoff) and lead user acceptance testing for new enhancements Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze Content Lab data to identify Promotional Review trends and insights. Develop, run, analyze, and share Content Lab reports for use by SITO/marketing colleagues to optimize reporting capabilities. System Integrations: Work with IT and other departments to integrate the Content Lab with other systems and tools. Monitor data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. Align AI improvements with Content Lab functionality to enhance overall system integrity. Compliance and Security: Ensure that content management workflow and metadata practices comply with relevant policies and regulations and align to global Content Lab requirements. Project Management: Manage projects related to Content Lab upgrades, migrations, or implementations. Coordinate with vendors, developers, and other stakeholders, as needed. Lead Content Lab Core Team Meeting with US Core Team to deliver Veeva changes and updates across the Promotional Review community. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Content Delivery Managers/Specialists, Content Quality Specialists, LMR, Content Owners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and insights and provide solutions. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Why You?
