As a Contents Manager with SERVPRO Team George , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all contents projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous contents management experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, stairs)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

• IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT) certification preferred
• Xactimate & ContentsTrack experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of contents and cleaning projects ensuring customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the contents team and assign tasks to technicians on a daily basis
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the specifications and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, inventory lists, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other team members involved
