About The Position

The Contingent Workforce Coordinator provides day-to-day operational support to Intermountain Health’s contingent workforce. Under the direction of the Enterprise Contingent Workforce Manager, the Coordinator helps to manage the preboarding and onboarding processes; ensures compliance with regulations, labor laws, and internal policies; and contributes to process improvement. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers : California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MT Background in Locums or a healthcare agency is preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience in contingent staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, project management, continuous improvement, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated customer engagement and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, and regulatory and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management.
  • Background in Locums or a healthcare agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Preboarding and Onboarding Process Management: Acts as a subject matter expert while managing the preboarding and onboarding aspects of the full cycle contingent worker selection process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensures a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and assistance throughout the preboarding and onboarding processes.
  • Collaboration: Partners closely with key stakeholders to understand needs and execute strategies.
  • Database Management: Maintains and updates applicable databases and tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process Improvement: In conjunction with the Contingent Workforce Manager, tracks, monitors, and implements process improvements.
  • Data Management: Monitors and reports on contingent workforce metrics.
