About The Position

This internship role is primarily responsible for providing CI support to a plant-based organization with regards to all aspects of CI including date analyst, problem solving and system integration. This position will also dedicate time to specific CI special projects.

Requirements

• Effective and deliberate communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to effectively multi-task with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work closely with CI management and leadership teams
• Highly motivated, energetic, hands-on
• Current enrollment at a graduate institution with a record of strong academic performance (overall GPA of 3.0 or higher/junior status).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and advice to management on effective ways to administer CI programs.
• Assist in tracking key metrics and KPIs related to supply chain and operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement projects by gathering data, identifying opportunities, and documenting results.
• Participate in meetings and help prepare reports or summaries on project progress.
• Assist with analyzing processes to identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
• Support the implementation and documentation of process improvements.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
