About The Position

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, has been at the forefront of electrical power solutions for over 50 years. We design and manufacture critical products, from Switchgear and Automatic Transfer Switches to Power Distribution Units, that keep businesses, homes, and essential infrastructure running when it matters most. Our solutions power Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Critical Power environments, where reliability isn’t optional—it’s mission‑critical. At Thomson, you’ll be part of a team that delivers dependable performance, drives innovation, and makes a real‑world impact every day. The Opportunity: As we expand into a new manufacturing facility near Arlington, TX, we’re offering a rare opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader to build a site‑level program from the ground up. Rather than inheriting existing systems, this role has the opportunity to shape how continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and operational excellence are embedded from day one. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to establish strong quality systems, improve processes, and resolve issues quickly and effectively through structured, data‑driven problem solving. The Continuous Improvement Leader will own the site’s improvement roadmap and lead initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role facilitates kaizen events, advances daily management practices, and strengthens problem‑solving capabilities throughout the organization. In addition, you will oversee high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that support strategic objectives and provide leadership support in daily operations and issue resolution. This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives on building systems, developing people, and driving sustainable results in a growing manufacturing environment.
