About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement – Industrial Engineering (FI), you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Excellence – Industrial Engineering team. You will partner with manufacturing sites and subject matter experts to eliminate loss, strengthen processes, and drive cost savings across the business. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Develop strategies to reduce cost and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites. Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate loss. Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects. Engage manufacturing site teams and collaborate across Manufacturing Excellence functions. Coach site leaders in using continuous improvement tools and processes. Lead multiple projects that deliver scalable value. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners. Analyze data to identify and communicate loss‑reduction opportunities. Travel more than 50% to manufacturing plants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering field.
  • 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Experience applying Total Productive Maintenance–based continuous improvement.
  • History of successful program development and delivery.
  • Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional resources in a matrix environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders.
  • Solid financial knowledge for developing project justifications.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and Work Process Improvement.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, SPC, and Design of Experiments.
  • Plant experience leading continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
