Ensures contract documents are properly executed, saved, tracked, and documented in accordance with department standards. Maintains contract files, databases, and contact records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitors and responds to contracting-related email inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitors, processes, and resolves single case agreements. Reviews contract proposals for accuracy and completeness; identifies discrepancies and recommends corrections to leadership. Monitors contracts for compliance and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Collaborates with internal departments and stakeholders to support contract administration activities.
