Recruiter: Quentin Chavis Jr. / [e-mail] / 346-459-4397 The Contract & Pricing Administrator is a critical operational role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Bulk, Microbulk, and Cylinder gas contracts. This position acts as the central hub between Sales, Field Service, Finance, and Customer Service. The successful candidate will manage a regional price portfolio, ensuring data integrity across SAP, Salesforce, and PROS, while maintaining high standards for customer documentation and revenue protection.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in contract administration, billing, or sales operations
• ERP/CRM: Proven hands-on experience with SAP (specifically SD/Billing modules)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Mail Merges) and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume accounts or revenue streams

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Salesforce is highly preferred
• Experience with PROS or similar price management tools
• Previous oversight of multi-million dollar regional portfolios is a plus
