The Contract Administrator will support FIRST, the finance integrated resource support team at Wonder, serving as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding, lease administration, and contract management. This role involves assisting multiple teams to meet critical milestones and requirements. Additionally, the candidate will help further develop and refine standard operating procedures with cross-functional teams as we expand into new regions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of accounting/billing and contract management
  • Experience reviewing leases and legal documents
  • Strong computer skills—comfortable with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where agility and action are key.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional lease and construction activities by confirming key dates such as possession, early access, rent commencement, and outside delivery dates.
  • Contribute to team and cross-functional goals with moderate supervision and direction, building relationships in the process.
  • Update budget documents to ensure all invoices are reviewed and captured
  • Supplier onboarding and management: verifying they meet our requirements
  • Partner with Construction, Real Estate, and Legal to ensure general contractors and vendors remain compliant with contractual and lease requirements (for example, insurance, lien waivers, notice provisions, and site access rules)
  • Occasionally training new team members on existing processes.
  • Maintain database with executed contracts and relevant documents
  • Maintain weekly reports for Finance, Legal, and the Real Estate Development teams
  • Analyze existing processes and suggest new methods for streamlining operations without compromising quality.
