Position Purpose: The Contract Control Coordinator supports the Contracts Manager and SIB team in administrative matters relating to contracts with actual, potential, or prospective clients. This position organizes and reviews all SIB billing packet information in preparation for submission to the billing group, ensuring all supporting documentation for invoicing is accurate and complete. The Coordinator assists with RFP responses by organizing bid materials, setting up meetings/calls, ensuring deadlines are met, and submitting bids electronically via portals. This role requires knowledge of administrative procedures and the ability to interact effectively with project managers and other key staff.
