About The Position

Contract Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) for our Space Mission Systems division out of El Segundo, California. In this role, you will develop, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts for a portfolio of Space-based communications programs including satellites and ground systems. This position will focus on delivering timely contractual solutions, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance to applicable policies and regulations, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to support Boeing's growth and execution of programs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
• This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers
• Experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts

Responsibilities

• Develop timely and compliant proposals in support of Boeing's growth targets
• Summarize contractual issues that arise in contracts and proposals, perform financial analysis of contractual outcomes, and ultimately develop/implement/negotiate successful solutions
• Conduct negotiations and sign contracts for products, services, and technologies
• Develop and present business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests
• Ensure compliance with business commitments, company policies, and Government laws and regulations
• Coordinate flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with Supplier Management
