Position Purpose: Design, develop, and build interview wizard functionality in the contract management system utilizing logic code statements Review and modify interviews for existing plans to ensure accurate contracts Support multiple health plans on the contracting process and all system related issues, including investigating, researching, and troubleshooting the issues Provide training on system functionality and contracting process Lead support calls with the health plans and its users Administer user access (add, delete, maintain and define privileges) and user roles in the application Develop and manage ongoing processes and system enhancements Enter applicable information and document builds within the contract management system Assist with the design and build of the system functionality to ensure alignment with corporate standards Develop, format, and distribute reports to health plans using various tools Audit health plan contracting and system build work as needed Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of contracting, healthcare operations (i.e. provider data management, provider relations, claims configuration), process management/improvement, data or systems analysis, or application support experience.
  • Candidates must be in Pennsylvania to be considered for this position.
  • This is a remote role that will require occasional travel to Mechanicsburg, PA for internal meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and build interview wizard functionality in the contract management system utilizing logic code statements

  • Provide training on system functionality and contracting process
  • Lead support calls with the health plans and its users
