About The Position

GTreasury, the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer, is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager to join our growing global team supporting the EMEA region. Developed using the latest technology, GTreasury empowers organizations on their path to strategic treasury by enabling total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management. With enterprise clients spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC, GTreasury is headquartered in Chicago with offices in London, Sydney, and Manila. As a Contract Manager at GTreasury, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of customer contracts—from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance, and renewal. You will work cross-functionally with Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure contractual obligations align with business goals and client expectations. Your role will be critical in mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting revenue growth through effective contract governance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Account Managers, and Customer Success to ensure contract terms align with operational capabilities and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the contract management system.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction.
