Job Summary Comcast Business is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager (CM) to support our fast-paced B2B communications sales organization. This role is primarily responsible for the drafting, redlining, and negotiation of high-volume commercial service agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Product Specific Attachments (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and NDAs. The CM will apply Comcast Business contract templates, approved clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to efficiently process customer revisions, assess risk, and drive agreements to execution. The CM will be Responsible for providing high volume contract support to the Comcast Business sales organization and its customers, including examining customer-requested revisions to service agreements, delivery schedules, terms, and pricing to ensure completeness and accuracy, and provide guidance to field sales organization regarding service obligations. This is not a post execution contract administration role; the focus is front end drafting, negotiation, and transactional contract support leveraging contract systems administration, documentation management, reporting, and process optimization to ensure accurate contract execution, tracking, and compliance. This position is remote.
