Requirements

One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Timeshare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Track and verify accuracy of source documents received for contract processing.
Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Input data from source documents into computer systems, applying necessary codes and corrections.
Record completed work and respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
Transfer entered information into the database and maintain accurate records.
File or route source documents after entry.
Print and prepare documents for mailing, marking signature and notary areas, and applying proper mail-out codes.
Handle owner inquiries regarding documents in a professional manner.
Assist with special projects as designated by the manager or lead.
Other duties as assigned.
