This role sits at the center of mission support, coordinating orders, solving problems, and helping ensure the people protecting communities and our country to receive the gear they depend on. You won’t just be processing paperwork. You will be part of the logistics backbone that keeps operations moving. The Mission You'll Support: Tactical supply business that provides mission-essential equipment to: • Department of Defense • Law enforcement agencies • First responders Many employees come from military and law enforcement backgrounds, and the company culture reflects accountability, teamwork, and reliability. What You'll Actually Do: You will operate as the coordination hub between customers, vendors, and the internal sales team. Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative operations
- SAP (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- CRM familiarity
