Steadily is hiring a Contract Recruiter to assist with sourcing. There is potential for the role to become full time. We hire the best talent nationwide, and you will get to potentially change the life of each and every candidate. Your hires will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

Requirements

Experienced: You’ve had at least one year of full cycle recruiting experience.
Culture Advocate: You love Steadily’s culture and you understand the role of the talent department in supporting Steadily’s culture of excellence.
Knowledge: You have a strong knowledge of ATS systems and direct sourcing through LinkedIn recruiter and other channels.
Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You are a super user when it comes to computers, software, and technology … What’s more, you’re fast and efficient.
Judgment: You have been exposed to lots of sensitive information in prior roles and you’ve proven that you can maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
Organized: You are highly organized. Even in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.

Responsibilities

You will be direct sourcing candidates on LinkedIn recruiter / various other platforms and uploading them into our ATS.
You will be assisting the Director of People and the talent team with sales recruiting volume.
You will be performing various other talent admin tasks.
