About The Position

You will support a high‑volume, enterprise manufacturing Talent Acquisition function by driving proactive sourcing strategies for specialized salaried positions. You will identify and engage qualified candidates in various professional and technical roles. This position supports an environment where the national corporate TA team is operating with reduced headcount and increased requisition loads, requiring a disciplined, data‑driven sourcing partner to maintain talent pipeline stability in competitive hiring markets

Requirements

  • Ability to work as a 1099 contractor.
  • Use your own equipment, including a mobile phone, computer, or laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
  • 3 or more years of direct sourcing experience across corporate and technical job families.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates in: Accounting & Finance Manufacturing & Cost Accounting Engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical) Customer Service / Technical Support Management/Production Trainee programs
  • Strong Boolean search capability and multi‑platform sourcing proficiency.
  • Expertise in using an Applicant Tracking System, such as Workday.
  • Experience sustaining organizations with lean recruiting teams and high req volumes, consistent with documented national TA workload increases.
  • Ability to source effectively in competitive labor markets, including those with ongoing shortages in manufacturing and technical fields.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing Identify and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, industry associations, and specialized manufacturing and technical talent platforms.
  • Apply consistent sourcing strategies that align with enterprise manufacturing talent requirements and long-term workforce planning.
  • Pipeline Development & Management Develop and maintain pipelines for professional and technical roles across multiple business units.
  • Source high-performing talent for current and forecasted hiring needs, supporting talent pipeline continuity across critical manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • High-Volume Sourcing Execution Manage high requisition volume using structured, data-driven workflows aligned with national trends.
  • Document and maintain accurate candidate data within the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
  • Skills‑Based & Nontraditional Talent Channels Utilize skills-based sourcing methods and nontraditional talent pathways, including community colleges, which have become reliable pipelines for manufacturing and technical trainee roles.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking Provide weekly sourcing reports summarizing pipeline activity, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain data discipline to support auditability and KPI measurement expected within enterprise‑level TA organizations.
