About The Position

Project Technician Duties and Responsibilities:  Complete assigned equipment installs in designated locations  Assists in warehouse prep of equipment for installs  Responds to assigned service calls for equipment repairs in a timely matter  Communicates with supervisor and team to efficiently manage assignments  Troubleshoots gaming devices and repair as needed  Manages inventory of the route vehicle to ensure parts are available when needed  Interacts with clerks, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise  Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs  Performs auditing and diagnostic work on equipment  Delivers product from company location to customer locations

Requirements

Minimum of one to three years relevant experience.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Proficient with basic PC skills
Must be 21 years of age
Must pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must have a flexible work schedule availability, some evenings and weekends
