About The Position

Contractor Program Security Officer The Opportunity: Coordinate with the government Program Security Officer (PSO) for all actions to ensure a fully accredited facility is achieved. Ensure that all computer networks are DoD-accredited. Assume responsibility for security management and operations within their assigned activity and adhere to applicable laws as well as national, DoD, and security policies and requirements. Manage security incidents, reporting, and trend analysis to support continuous improvement. Ensure personnel who require access meet the security clearance level through verification in DISS. Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) to provide appropriate justification for individuals requiring access. Establish, conduct, and document initial and annual refresher training for all assigned program accessed individuals. Conduct an annual self-inspection, document the self-inspection, and submit to the PSO a corrective action plan that identifies actions to establish compliance. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)
  • 8+ years of experience as an SAP Accrediting Official (SAO)
  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07 V 1-4
  • Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of the program activities
  • Knowledge of all volumes of the DoD Manual regarding classified information
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering Intelligence Community Directives for SCI programs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG, and ICDs 704-705
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
