Applications will be accepted through April 3rd, 2026 COMPENSATION Level I - $5,150 - $6,437.50 monthly Hiring Salary Range: $5,150 - $5,793.75 monthly (starting salary will be within this range based upon qualifications) Level II - $6,180.00 - $8,045.83 monthly Hiring Salary Range: $6,180.00 - $7,112.92 monthly (starting salary will be within this range based upon qualifications) Plus a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision and 10% employer paid 401A through VOYA Financial. SUMMARY An employee in this classification assists with the management of contracts and procurement-related activities for the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA). Incumbents in this classification report directly to the Contracts Manager who is responsible for the implementation of OIAA’s contract and procurement program policies and practices. The Contracts Analyst prepares and manages a variety of agreements, including professional services agreements, construction services agreements, piggyback contracts, and related amendments, extensions, renewals, and terminations that divisions rely on to provide or receive services. Incumbents will conduct analytical studies in these and other areas of departmental operations, make recommendations to management and support the implementation of solutions. Additionally, the incumbent will participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities for the contract and procurement activities and operations.
