Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required and 2 years of experience working in real estate, construction, mortgage or administrative role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required
  • Ability to attend off-site team events 2-3 times per year
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and operate with a sense urgency
  • Excellent people skills (communication and listening)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to track items and follow up
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, process and distribute all contract paperwork
  • Manage and track outstanding paperwork items
  • Coordinate staging of inventory homes – assist Director of Sales
  • Coordinate Community Presentation schedule for Models and Inventory homes
  • As needed, assist in set-up/catering for Sales meetings and training events
