This will be a temp assignment until May 11, 2026. The Contracts Manager contributes to AHF by performing end-to-end contract administration and compliance oversight for assigned grant and contract portfolios. This role serves as the primary liaison between grantors, AHF program staff, finance, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate contract interpretation, adherence to grantor regulations and policies, and timely completion of all programmatic and fiscal requirements.The Contract Manager performs and oversees key bookkeeping, invoicing, accounting coordination, and audit support functions, including tracking expenditures against approved budgets, preparing and submitting invoices and reimbursement requests, reviewing supporting documentation, and coordinating with accounting staff to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.This position plays a critical role in supporting AHF’s mission by ensuring strong stewardship of grant funds, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, enabling the delivery of essential services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. The Contract Managers enhances the reputation of AHF by successful execution, implementation and management of federally funded contracts and thereby increases AHF's ability to serve more patients that are in need of care.
