Requirements

A 4-year college degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts.
Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and able to handle sensitive issues discreetly.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements including clinical study agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Collaborate with supervisor and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations.
Manage site contract metrics and report on them effectively.
Support the maintenance of contract files and databases.
Assist in designing policies for timely contract execution.
Recognize process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
